Conklin and Associates Real Estate is a small family real estate firm that has been in business for decades.  We currently have three generations of our family active working with us.  We specialize in exclusive Western Montana properties usually not available elsewhere.

We are an independent office that strives to find you, the buyer, what you want at a fair price.  Most of our clients have been with us for many years.  We try to be very knowledgeable about regulations, water issues, market values, and anything that may influence the real estate market. 

Our primary area of business is the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana.  We also cover other parts of Western and Central Montana.  

We have also been involved in cattle ranching in Montana for three generations, so real property is something near and dear to all of us.
